Cancellation Before Preparation: You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placing it, provided that the food has not yet started being prepared. No charge will be incurred for cancellations made within this time frame.

Cancellation After Preparation: Once food preparation has started, cancellations are not possible. Refunds are not applicable if the food has already been prepared.

2. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact our customer support team immediately.

We will take corrective measures by either:

  • Sending missing items.
  • Issuing a refund for items not delivered correctly.

3. Food Quality and Freshness

We prioritize the highest quality and freshness in our food preparation. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your order, please reach out to us within a reasonable timeframe (preferably within the same day), and we will address your concerns.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect or incomplete orders.
  • Poor quality of food (with a valid and reasonable explanation).
  • Delivery issues beyond your control, such as delays that were not caused by your actions.

Refund Request Conditions:

  • Refund requests are only accepted within 10 minutes of placing the order and must be based on a genuine reason (such as an error in the order or severe dissatisfaction).
  • Refund requests after food preparation will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via phone or email within 10 minutes of placing your order, ensuring that the reason for the refund is genuine.

In cases of incorrect or incomplete orders, we may require evidence (such as photographs) to process the refund.

If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method.

Processing Time: Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7-8 business days. The exact timeline may vary based on your payment method and the bank processing the refund.

7. Changes to Orders

Before Food Preparation: Changes to orders, such as modifications or additions, must be communicated before the food preparation begins.

After Preparation: Once preparation has started, changes are not possible.
